Creamery Barn

Originally the town Creamery in the mid 1800’s, this venerable old barn was the distribution site for the local dairy farmers. It morphed into an ice cream and butter manufactory and then served as a second home for some lovely ladies from “the city” and most recently was the office for a busy architect.

When I had the great good fortune of becoming the next (and current) owner, I didn’t want to make it into anything it wasn’t. I removed dropped ceilings and extras, insulated, and applied white paint to the original patchwork wainscoting on the upper level to compliment the the light and airy vibe already present thanks to the many windows and abundant natural light. The lower level has a darker and moody vibe with large industrial sliders for loading in and out and a concrete floor ensuring zero shake.

This beautiful studio is where I work most every day. I will, however, entertain the possibility of renting my space when I am working elsewhere. Please feel free to reach out and inquire.
